People do not realize the dangers going on in Millard. Though these rains were not as severe as the rains of a few years back, due to the loss of habitat, the creek "exploded" with debris and water. There wasn't anything to prevent it.
So please folks, use extreme caution, and stay out of the areas that are closed.
