4603.01 is the Census Tract of the Northwestern section of Altadena bordered on the west roughly by the Arroyo Seco or the Pasadena City limits thereabout; by Altadena Drive on the south; by Fair Oaks Avenue on the east and along a line following Chiquita Canyon to the transmission lines; and along the transmission lines on the north which border the Angeles National Forest.
